1. About Automind Labs

Automind Labs builds software, artificial intelligence solutions and automation for businesses, and develops its own platform, Automind Platform.

2. Acceptance

Using this website and, where relevant, the services and products of Automind Labs means accepting these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the services.

3. Automind Platform

Automind Platform is a multi-product platform under active development. Its products are at different stages: Content Studio is in beta, AI Agent is in development, and Marketing AI is not available yet.

The availability of any given product or feature may change, and access to them may depend on the permissions assigned to each account.

4. Accounts

An account is required to use Automind Platform. Whoever uses it is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the activity carried out through their access.

Accounts must only be used by people authorised to do so.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website or the services, you agree not to:

• Use them for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent its security measures.
• Distribute malicious software or harmful content through the service.

6. AI-generated outputs

Some features produce outputs using artificial intelligence models. Those outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information, and they do not constitute professional advice.

Whoever uses the service should review outputs before relying on them, with the level of verification appropriate to their use case, particularly where they are used for customer communication or business decisions.

7. Third-party integrations

Certain features can connect to third-party services that a user enables, including messaging channels such as the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Use of those services is subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers, in addition to these terms. Automind Labs does not control the availability or the conditions of services operated by third parties.

8. Intellectual property

Automind Labs retains the rights to its website, its software and its products, including those of Automind Platform.

The content and data a user brings to the service remain theirs. Automind Labs processes them only to deliver the requested functionality, in line with the privacy policy.

9. Beta and evolving features

Features identified as beta or in development are provided as they are and may change, be limited or be withdrawn while they evolve.

They should not be used as the only mechanism for critical processes without appropriate verification.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not offer an availability commitment or a service level agreement. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, technical changes or reasons outside the control of Automind Labs.

11. Warranties

Except as applicable law requires otherwise, the website and the services are provided as they are, without warranties that they will be fit for a particular purpose or that they will operate without errors or interruptions.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Automind Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
