Automind Labs builds software, artificial intelligence solutions and automation, and develops its own platform, Automind Platform.

This policy applies to this website and, where relevant, to the Automind Platform features a person or organisation chooses to use. Some of the features described here are in beta or still in development, and this policy covers them only to the extent they are available to the user.

2. Information we may collect

Which categories of information are processed depends on how the website and the platform are used. We may collect:

• Information a user provides directly, for example when contacting Automind Labs.
• Account information when Automind Platform is used, such as the identifiers needed to authenticate and operate access.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as activity records tied to how the application runs.
• Information processed through the integrations a user explicitly enables.

We do not collect categories of information that are not necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

3. How information may be used

Information may be used to:

• Provide the services requested.
• Operate Automind Platform and its products.
• Authenticate accounts and manage access.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service.
• Respond to requests and communications.
• Provide the integrations enabled by the user.

We do not use information to build advertising profiles, and we do not trade it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. AI-powered functionality

Some Automind Platform features use artificial intelligence models. To deliver the requested functionality, the content a user submits to those features is processed through artificial intelligence model providers.

That processing is limited to what is needed to produce the requested result. Where external providers are used, the processing is also subject to those providers’ applicable terms.

5. Integrations and third-party services

Some features can connect to external services that a user explicitly enables, such as messaging channels. Automind Platform is developing an integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform, from Meta.

When an integration is enabled, the information needed for it to work is exchanged with that service, and any processing that service carries out is governed by its own terms and policies.

6. When we share information

Information may be shared in the following situations:

• With service providers needed to operate the functionality, and only to the extent required for that purpose.
• With the integrations a user has explicitly enabled.
• Where necessary to meet legal obligations or to protect the security of the service and its users.

7. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet applicable contractual and legal obligations, and to address legitimate operational requirements.

When information is no longer necessary for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

No system can guarantee absolute security. If you find a security issue, we would appreciate hearing about it.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information relating to you, and you may raise objections about how it is processed.

We handle those requests in line with applicable law and with the reasonable checks needed to confirm the identity of the person making them.

10. Data deletion

You can request deletion of the information associated with your account or with your relationship with Automind Labs. The data deletion page explains what a request should include and how it is handled.

11. Children

Automind Labs and Automind Platform are intended for businesses and for people acting in a professional capacity. The service is not directed at children and is not designed to knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website, the services and Automind Platform evolve. The version in force is always the one published on this page, together with its last updated date.
